'We should harness the experiences of ‘homesick jihadis’ to help prevent radicalisation'

The debate about what to do with those who have been involved in overseas conflict goes on. As well as the more punitive ideas put forward, including long prison terms and banning returnees from coming home, others (including me) are proposing more nuanced measures focused on resettlement and rehabilitation.
